Getting Started
When can I move in?
Typically, move-ins are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday before classes start but we allow early move-ins for those who need to be on campus early and we will all move-ins the week prior to the start of classes by appointment.
How do I get my keys?
Keys are placed in the unit and will be waiting for your arrival. We will have your front door open for you.
How do I pay my rent?
Once you have signed a lease with us you will be provided access to a tenant portal. You can submit rent payments within the portal via electronic check or credit card. You may also Venmo your rent payment to @Crimson-Court.
Rent & Financial Aid
Do you accept financial aid?
Yes, we do accept financial aid.
What if I'm getting financial aid and want to use that to pay my rent?
We accept financial aid. When using financial aid you are required to pay $500.00 in July for the Fall semester, and $500 in November for the Spring semester. The remaining balance is paid when you receive your financial aid.
Is there a security deposit?
We do not require a security deposit.
Why do my parents have to sign a Parent Guarantee form?
We require a Guarantor. In the event you are unable to make your pay your rent payment your guarantor agrees to make the payment on your behalf.
What’s inlcuded
What utilities are included?
All utilities are included with the rent, internet, water, trash, sewage. The only exception is we provide each tenant with a monthly electric allowance. If by chance you go over the allowance you pay the overage only.
What furnishings are included in the house/apartment?
All townhouses are furnished with living room couches and or a chair as well as an end table and coffee table and TV stand. The kitchens are equipped with a stove, oven, and refrigerator. The eat-at bar is provided bar stools. All bedrooms are furnished with full-sized beds a nightstand, dresser, desk, and a chair. All townhouses are equipped with central air conditioning.
Do you allow pets?
We have a no pet policy. However, if you have an emotional support animal and no roommate objects, we must allow it.
Parking
How do I reserve a parking spot & tag?
Obtaining a parking space is easy, when you apply for housing just check the box “I need parking” and we will assign you a space. Your parking pass will be waiting for you in your townhouse when you move in.
What do I do if someone parks in my spot?
If someone is parked in your space, we have a company that tows from our lots. You can either call them directly or contact management and we will have the violator removed from your space. If your car, for some reason, gets towed contact management and we can tell you how to retrieve it.

What do I do if I have a maintenance issue?
If at any point you have a maintenance issue you simply submit a request within your portal. We address any issue within 24 hours of the request.
What do I do if I get locked out?
Call Management and we will simply unlock your door for you.
What do I do with my garbage?
Each complex has a designated site to dispose of all trash.
What if I want to stay for the summer session?
If you are a returning tenant you can stay in your townhouse all summer for no charge. If you are not a current tenant and simply need housing for your summer classes we can help with that as well.
What happens if one of my roommates doesn't come back to school?
A roommate not returning will not affect the remaining roommates.
